Vaishalitai Jondhale who was born at Shrirampur in Ahmednagar district in 1959 in a farmer's family without any political or educational background.

Development in educational field is her motto, and with that in mind she has established Knowledge Park for Rural development Trust and is Secretary in samarth Samaj trust which  have setup a milestone in educational field.

One more important aspect about her is while devoting her time, energy towards educational field she has also done development towards agriculture which prompted her to cultivate farming and Agro products.

She is performing many roles at the same time as a Director and as a Secretary.

Mrs. Vaishalitai Jondhale has earned several awards for her great work.

CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

        The organization chart in the present era of chemical and other continuous processing plants like beverages, oils, paints etc shows that the Chemical engineers are leading than the others. Also a huge gap can be seen between the top level management executives and the workers. The students passing this diploma course have a vital role in filling up this gap between top level officer and the base level labor.

What I can do after completing the course?

        There is good scope in the eld of Chemical Engineering especially Most of the opportunities will be in manufacturing, pharmaceutical companies, Steel plant, HPCL, NTPC and in other industrial areas. They are also required in the defense sector and atomic centers. They also have the option to enter in to the research eld.

CIVIL ENGINEERING

This course aims at producing highly quailed, efficient technicians capable of meeting the requirements of the basic level of the Civil Engineering eld. During the course of study, the student is exposed to various subjects of Civil Engineering such as Planning, Drafting (both manual and computer –aided), Surveying, Estimation & Costing, Construction Technology, Basics of Highway, Railway, Bridge, Airport, Tunnel and Harbor Engineering.

The course also offers adequate exposure to Reinforced Concrete Structures, Quality Control, Material Testing, Construction Management & Entrepreneurship, Professional Practice and Office Procedures. Students also get a feel of Extensive Survey, Building Drawing, Irrigation & Bridge Drawing and Structural Engineering Drawing. Students are also exposed to software like AUTOCAD & STAAD.

What I can do after completing the course?

At present good placement opportunities are available for diploma holders in the    eld of Civil Engineering, both in Government & Private Sectors. They can be absorbed as site engineers involved in supervision, draftsman (with computer knowledge), surveyors, and personnel in-charge of quality control, estimation work and office procedures. They can establish their own consultancy in the civil engineering and construction elds or become Licensed Class I Contractors.

Department has various sophisticated and well equipped laboratories such as:

COMPUTER Engineering

The students are exposed to Basics of Computers, Microprocessor, and software like C, C++, Java, VB, LINUX, Database Management Systems, Web Technology, Multimedia and the latest .NET software. In addition they are also exposed to PC Hardware, Maintenance and Networking. On completion of Diploma in Computer Science, plenty of career opportunities exist in the IT industry. The students can find openings as software engineers, system developers and programmers. They get sufficient opportunity to learn PC hardware so that they can become Hardware Engineers. They can become network engineers. They are eligible for the Apprenticeship training program in HAL, NAL, etc. Infinite opportunities in the field of Web and Multimedia designing are available for Diploma holders. Most MNCs prefer diploma students for BPO and Call Centre jobs

Well-furnished Computer Center with 20 P-IV computers accessible to staff & students with unlimited Internet facility using 64 KBs/256 KBs/512 KBs broadband. 

Full edged Computer laboratory having 20 P-IV computers with peripherals like web cam, manageable switches, routers, access points, wireless network, printers, scanners, mike, headphones etc. 

Computer Software lab with 20 P-IV computers having licensed software such as Oracle, Visual basic, NET, Computer Hardware & Microprocessor lab having Circuit Simulation software such as Circuit Maker and TASM, MASM for Microprocessor 8085, 8086 with different interfacing. 

Computer Graphics lab with latest software’s for image processing using Photoshop, Corel-Draw, and Paint-shop etc. Computer Design Lab is used to implement the innovative and engineering ideas to implement real time system and application software.


Two Computer centers with 20 P-IV computers each are devoted for the first year students to get acquainted with computer fundamentals.

DIGITAL ELECTRONICS

Now-a-days everything is going Digital way. Digital Electronics has revolutionized the electronic field by enhancing the communication efficiency. To site an example, nowadays T.V. transmission and data transmission uses the digital techniques to greater advantage. The course provides up-to-date knowledge of design, construction, operation and maintenance of all electronic equipments.

What I can do after completing the course?

For those who have finished successful diploma in Digital Electronics, numerous job opportunities are available. Many firms in the public as well as the private sector take in students from Digital Electronics. For example - BPL Limited, Bajaj Electronics, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), The Videocon Group etc.

Department have full edged laboratories such as:

Digital Techniques Laboratory is furnished with number of bread board trainer kits to construct various types of circuits and programmable logic controller (PLC).

The Electronics and Telecommunication as well as Digital Electronics Department has full-

edged laboratories with instruments like Digital Storage Oscilloscope (100 Mhz), B/W TV trainer, color TV trainer, and kits for easy understanding of practical. Various types of helping instruments like CROs, Function generators, Digital multimeters, D.C. Power supplies etc are available in every laboratory in numerous numbers. 


Departments are equipped with Software like ORCAD for PCB designing, Electronic Simulation & Design and Special VSLI design & MATLAB laboratories. Computer Hardware & Micro- processor lab with circuit simulation software for microprocessors 8085, 8086 etc. are available.

ELECTRONICS & TELECOMMUNICATION

“Electronics is the brain of Modern Technology”. Even the computer is an electronic device. It is an evergreen subject that provides opportunities for technicians in following areas of Engineering like Maintenance & Service, Research Assistance, Production Control, Quality Control and Marketing. Diploma in Electronics also provides many choices of subjects for higher studies like Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Medical Electronics, Mechatronics and Computer Science.

What I can do after completing the course?

For those, who have finished successful diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications, numerous job opportunities are available. Many firms in the public as well as the private sector take in students from Electronics and communications. For example, the Steel Authority of Indian Limited (SAIL), Civil Aviation Department, Indian Railways, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Indian Engineering Services (IES), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, MTNL& BSNL are some of the public sector organizations who hire graduate engineers from Electronics and Communication stream.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

The Students are exposed to Mechanical drafting, Designing, Modification of existing design, Estimating & Costing, Operating of various machines and their maintenance. They also get adequate vexposure to latest technology such as Mechatronics, CAD/CAM & Robotics and CNC.

Workshop :

Polytechnic has its separate and spacious building for workshop furnished with necessary machines & tools. It is sub grouped into carpentry shop, pattern making shop, sheet metal shop, plumbing shop, welding shop, fitting shop, machine shop, black smithy shop & foundry shop. Skilled team of instructors is assigned with the workshop activities and the students learn hand-skills on shop floors & get acquainted with different tools & manufacturing process.
